A-
ES keep record of all communications electronically and calls are randomly recorded for training and safety of staff. Case updates are relayed to clients automatically without any delay soon they arrive at ES admin office via email. Clients are advised to send their enquiries via email for faster reply.
B-
ES offers case updates preferably via email or via following methods to its clients with booked cases.
1-
Toll free tel. 1-877-259-3394 during business hours. (Client must leave message with specific enquiry if service managers are busy and wait for ES reply in 24 to 48 business hours.) Please do not leave repeated messages , this act may delay reply to your all messages.

ES does not offer any service/s on Walk in basis or without any prior appointment via designated counsel/s.

ES administrative staff is not allowed to see in person any client for any legal opinion or case details / procedures.

No update can be provided if instructions are not followed as per above case update methods.
Case / Work Procedures
1-
All Services retainers are between client/s and ES without having any involvement or control of any third party or affiliate.
2-
ES starts working for its client/s and member/s from the time when a- signed retainer, b- confirmed work order is received, c- required ES fees & other applicable expenses are paid.
3-
ES will assign its own case reference number / ID number to each retainer for future case identification purpose. It is client’s responsibility to keep this number secure as the same is used as one of the way to identify case/ file owner.
4-
ES administrative staff and designated officers’ work on time basis and any final case decision which is not in favor of client will not constitute reason of agreed fee refund or clients claim that ES has not worked on that case.
5-
All case cancellation / refund policies are governed as per retainer terms and are binding to all parties involved.
6-
Once case / work is booked ES and client/s are bound to follow agreed terms of retainer.
7-
Terms of retainer can / may be amended with prior approval of Board or Directors upon receiving a written request from client through ES Administrator.
8-
ES Board of directors reserve the right to make any decision under ES policies / by laws for such request.
9-
ES offers / delivers its services through its administrative staff / affiliate counsels / lawyers/authorized representatives.
10-
Most ES affiliate counsels / lawyers/authorized representatives’ work for ES probono and are not authorized to receive any fee or expense in their personal name at any time.
11-
As per retainer clause /s ES reserve the right to select and chose any affiliate counsels / lawyers/authorized representatives to deliver any or all service/s to its client/s.
12-
Affiliate counsels / lawyers/authorized representatives also reserve the right to refuse representation on any case with reason. In that case if required ES will assigned a new affiliate counsels / lawyers/authorized representatives for such case.
13-
ES reserve the right to stop / refuse process any case with cause ( this cause may include but not limited to Client’s or its authorized person’s behavior, violation or retainer terms, knowledge of any illegal act or material fact / information which was not disclosed to ES).

ES administrative / operational staff works from one centralized location. Services to clients are offered at various locations via designated counsels. Affiliate counsels / lawyers/authorized representatives allow clients to meet in person with prior appointments at their offices and use the same for communication purposes between clients and the agencies involved if any.
15-
ES administrative staff controls all case process for any case and is responsible for case / record safety, document handling from and for client/s during the case process.
16-
ES staff releases case files to designated counsels / representatives / internal staff members from time to time for final review / opinion before submission. Affiliate counsels / lawyers/authorized representatives must return these files / record to ES administrative office within 4 days after case submission / completion.
17-
ES case / file record is the property of client (as per legal definition of client under the law), and ES protect the same as per its privacy policy Click here for ES privacy policy.

ES will return any or part of case file to its client/s ONLY on demand . A written verifiable original notarized authorization to release record or document will be required in case client wish to have the same be received other than client. Click here for ES privacy policy.

Disclaimer: ES is an independently owned and operated settlement & related services providing ORG. We provide services on No profit basis to all communities of the world through our experienced affiliate member counsels / authorized representatives/consultants/staff. No representative/staff member is personally responsible for any business/services offered or provided by our organization individually, all issues, complaints and disputes are dealt administratively at corporate level as per ES by laws, terms of retainer agreements or mutual agreement/S between clients & ES.

Our firm is not member of any society or bar. ES run its business under its own bylaws, policies and rules of business.

ES does not have any control over government or any agencies procedures, processing times or decisions. ES cannot guarantee any case or its results in terms of time line or outcome of results. All times and opinions are estimated without any obligation towards ES.

Disputes between clients are dealt via Third party ADR/ Mediation process. ES will try its best to resolve any dispute via mediation with client’s cooperation. Send your claim for mediation at ADR-Admin@gocanadausa.net
23-- In case of any work performed or completed on any file out of terms of retainer agreement , it will be billed to client account @ $ 150 per hour. (Example of work, mediation efforts, replying investigations, civil court proceedings etc).
24-
