1-If you have lived in USA during any previous time in any visa category and have over stayed in
          USA even for one day.

2-If you have filed any status change application in USA during any time.

3-If you were refused entrey to USA due to previous history in USA.

4-If you have been removed/deported from USA of you left voluntarily after receiving such orders.

5-You filed any status change application and abandoned the same and left the country.

7-If you have been ever involved any any civil or criminal litigation in USA.

8-You eneterd Canada from USA and filed refugee claim.

9-If you have been convicted for any crime in USA and have previous record.

2-Following steps are required to start process on your case/matter.

d- ELS will contact client as soon as required search is available and provide legal opinion as per client's                   need.

e- Client will get the hard copy of the serach via e-mail or fax for his record .

3- Cost of this services.US$ 375. Non refundable (This fee does not include any required Government fess)
     
4- What is included in this cost...?
All above steps to process the case,
1/2 hour of FREE telephonic or online consultancy with counsel during this process.

5- How and when to pay the fee...?
Fees are required to be paid up front to start the case process. Client can pay safely/securely online from our website by using their credit cards, send money orders or certify checks by mail, personal checks (process will start upon clearance of personal check), cash by visiting our office, direct deposit to our company account.
ELS will provide payment options at the time of case reference number issuance.
FEES are non refund able.

6- What if there is any dispute during this process...?
Disputes and disagreements are settled as per terms of retainer agreement.

8-Are there any other hidden costs other than this fee...?
NO. There is no other hidden fee (faxes, necessary copies, regular mail, secratarial charges, lawyer/consultant's fees all are included in this cost). Any other special request may be charged with prior approval from client if required.

Step-COnce you receive case ref. number from ELS to start the process via e-mail or                                        fax or telephone ELS will order your report.

Step-D-ELS will may rewuire your personal information or some forms to sign amd or document                               check list if required.

Step-F-Allow ELS counsel 7 to 10 Business days to process your case. ELS counsel will contact                            client as soon the results / record file is received by our office.
